Exfoliate or scrub

There are many ready-made foot scrubs available in the market you can use. Take scrub in your hand and rub gently all around – especially your heels, ankles and toenails. To get the best results, use a foot filer or a pumice stone, so that all your dry skin comes off without any difficulty. Be firm, however not rough on your feet, because you do not want injuries due to rubbing.

Moisturize

It is the most important part of the entire procedure. It is a must. There are several options to choose from when it comes to moisturizing. You can use a foot cream, heavy lotion or cream, or even almond oil or olive oil.  Ensure you massage your feet really well, so that it does not look dry, as improved circulation of blood makes them look and feel better.
