US-based SaaS player Gainsight opens new office in Hyderabad – Times of India

HYDERABAD: The US-based Software as a Service (SaaS) company Gainsight has opened a new 800-seater office in Hyderabad.
The company currently has a headcount of 600 employees in Hyderabad, where it first set up its office in 2012 before expanding to Bengaluru in 2015.
The company, which doubled its Hyderabad headcount from 300 over the last two years during the Covid-19 pandemic, expects its investment in India to grow 15-20% per annum, its top brass said.
“Our office in Hyderabad is the heart of Gainsight, including the vast majority of our technical staff and large fractions of our support and services and operations teams as well. The quality of the talent in Hyderabad is extraordinary,” said Karl Rumelhart, chief product officer, Gainsight.
“Some of the most important work we do as a company has been initiated and executed by the teams in India,” said Anil Chalasani, India managing director, Gainsight.
